Ordered fibre. Said line was being taken over today. Not had any equipment news, cant get ahold of customer services. The members area says all my items are cancelled. Not a clue if my fibres coming or not.
What does it say when you go to My Account > Orders & Appointments on here?
If there is no indication of the Hub Router or live activation Fibre date when checking the above, then see if under the same section if there is a telephone number to contact the NowTV broadband team for an update of your order.
I can see what you mean from looking at the photo that you posted, where it's totally confusing where it says service cancelled, then it says cancellation has been stopped with no hub router delivery date or live broadband activation date given.
