What is the desired Channels fr Hub set up

Has anyone got any advice on what is the best Channel to set up on ?

 

I was told to Change Wireless channel from Auto to 1 , 5 , 11 ( or whatever channel performs best for you )  But what does this mean

The best channel is one that isn't to busy where you are. Auto means the router will (should) work it out for you. Why do you ask?

’I was told’ - told by who, as this was horrendously bad advice, on the face of it?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
