Once you have received an email confirmation from nowtv that your Broadband has been ordered, then normally you will find your planned scheduled live switch on date by logging in on here and selecting My Account > Orders & Appointments.
You should find your account number towards the top of one of your emails received from nowtv or alternatively try looking under My Account > Message Centre.

Just found my NowTV account number by going to My Account > Personal Details whilst signed in on here.
