What a nightmare -

My phone line has gone dead, when calling in its as if it's engaged, calling out, nothing but a brrrr sound. 

 

When I perform the tech checks on this POS website, it say's all is working fine.

 

We're in Derry city, Northern Ireland. 

 

Anyone any similar issues or fixes?
