Is it all websites or just a few in particular ?
Does all three green lights remain illuminated on the front of the NOW Router ?
What happens if you sign out of your device wifi Network and try connecting once again if all three green lights are permanently on ?
Maybe try a power reboot on both your NOW Router and devices one by one.
