Welcome to the forum. Firstly just try rebooting the Hub as it is set to automatically select what it believes is the best wireless channel for your environment.
If you still want to experiment with different wireless channels after that go to
http://192.168.0.1/Now_TV_wireless_channel.html
and log into your router (username admin and password nowtv unless you've changed this) where you change the wireless channel from auto to one of your choice.
You might also need to experiment with placement of the hub, generally speaking you want it as central, as high up and as far away from electrical interference, metal obstructions and solid walls as possible.
