Just switched to now tv and cannot get signal upstairs???? Also if I knew you have to go to forums instead of having a dedicated customer service then I would not have joined, depending on the response is receive to my weak signal problem then I'm afraid it will be a new provided sourced.

If you log into your account into the broadband section you will find a telephone number to get in touch with us and we can go through troubleshooting steps to help fix this as best we can. as it is wireless we do not gurantee a wireless connection in your home it depends on different aspects of your home environment, there is ways we can help fix this to the best of our ability
