I’m watching on my android tablet and someone else is streaming now tv from their phone to chrome cast on their tv on my account... says we can stream on 2 devices at once but as soon as I start watching on mine both devices stop working.

Chromecast counts as a separate device so a phone chromecast and your device is actually 3 devices
