I cancelled my voucher last month and - hey presto, NOW TV took another subscription from me and, lo and behold, my pass was no longer cancelled!
I have tried contacting NOW TV to discuss but cannot find a number. I've complained via their feedback form but have received no response. NOW TV's Live Chat isn't responding either.
Can anyone please advise how to get in touch or raise a complaint about NOW TV's shocking customer service?
