Volume on phone

I have hearing problems.Have just been connected to Now and the volume on phone is really low.I cannot hear caller and vice versa.Phone at max volume and no issues with other provider.Can’t seem to find any help or any direction to find a solution.I really need it sorting.Can anyone assist or know a number to contact as it doesn’t fall in to any of the options listed.

People are calling you over the Now broadband, and not via your mobile service provider?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
