I place my order for now fibre broadband last week, and opted to keep my landline number which I have had for decades.
I rang Now broadband and they told me they won't be able to transfer my number because virgin use cable and Now uses the phone line.
Why can't I keep my number?!! Really frustrated and disappointed with Now. There seemed to be no issues when placing the order.
I rang Virgin and they said there is no reason why Now can't transfer my number. Also, I've read many webpages which say exactly the same thing.
I have left my virgin landline active as well.
Please can someone clarify.
