Hi,
I'm getting very slow upload speeds with my NowTV Hub, always below 1 Mbps.
Have tested with a wired connection directly to the hub. Wireless access has been disabled so no other devices are currently using the connection.
In most recent test, Speedtest.net gives:
Ping 19ms
Download 53.24 Mbps
Upload 0.69 Mbps
Hub has been turned off and on several times.
Checking via Technical Checks in my account says "everything looks good". Gives similar figure for download but reports 16.4 for upload.
Any ideas?

Possibly a dumb question, but how do I do that?
