Recently my broadband has slowed down a lot, was getting 20mbs when I signed up 6 months ago but it's now under 5mbs and causing all sorts of issues. What is the best way to get this resolved?

Try switching the router off and leaving it for a little while.
If it doesn't improve, calling the broadband phone number is your best option.
If you select the "moving home" under the broadband and calls section of your account, you will see the phone number if you don't know it.
