VSF:OVP_00001

Now Streaming has stopped working on my Win10 PC. Just receiving the above error code. 

Network - ok

I can access Now from my TV so account/subscription - ok

Anyone else seen this before?

Are you using the player or direct from the browser?

My Win 10 laptop Now worked in the browser straight off, but I got that message on my iMac.

Coming back a few hours later and trying again, it was working like a champ.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
