Using nowtv with a BT Wholehome Mesh System

I've tried setting up my nowtv router to work alongside my bt whole home routers. 

 

The internet works through them fine, but whenever I try to use the BT wholehome app it always says "No Response"

 

What do I do here to fix this?

I suggest you put your query to BT, the provider of the app/equipment giving you these issues.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Without knowing all the detail, make sure you have DHCP turned off on the BT mesh system

 

Also, make sure the Master BT disc is connected to  the Now Router. We've got Now working with BT mesh and its so much better than Now WiFi which is a shambles due to the fact their routers try to look like Sky set-top-boxes and point the WiFi to the roof (not into the room/house)
