Please can someone contact me directly, our line settings have been capped at 4mb upload (download is set/synced at 40mb) - our previous supplier (ironically Sky...) had this "unset" - please can you remove this restriction to allow the speed to find it's naturaly balance (which should be much closer to the expected 10mb.

Hi @Anonymous User It seems that you should be getting the 10mb to be honest and we would require you to call in to our tech team. You can find the number via the 'My Account' Section of the NOW TV Website.

Hi @Anonymous User To allow your wife to chat to us there would need to be a password set up on the account as she would be the non-account holder.
