To discuss upgrading your Broadband plan then you need to contact the NowTV Broadband Team directly, where they will give you all the options available and associated cost with regards to upgrading.
If you are out of your 12 months contract, then yes you would be on a month by month contract.
Should NowTV offer you a new deal they might try and tie you in to a further 12 months unless you pay an Admin fee to stay on a non contract agreement.
To reach the NowTV Broadband Team go to My Account > Broadband & Calls, then click the pink arrow below Broadband Plan, then click the pink button to change your Broadband plan to see the telephone number to call.
