Since two months ago, my broadband connection has become rather unstable. I tried resetting the router, unplugging the cable, changing the broadband channel and running online diagnostics. These steps tend to help only temporarily. I also noticed that the connection is especially unstable in the evenings. Any ideas how to solve the problem?
P.S. I have been a NOWTV customer for about two years now.

Hi, I'm only a forum user but could you link you router stats and line info, sure we can look see if you have a fault?
Also have you run a Now Boardband line test?
