Unreliable and horrible service

The absolute worst customer service and care I have ever experienced.

The tech issues page won't help you if you've got no internet, so if your problem is with broadband connectivity (id bet anything it is) then this page is absolutely useless. Good luck even finding out if it's a general area problem.
