I was unable to reply to a previous reply here. I have a new address in a recently re-developed flat in a terraced house. Now doesn't recognise the new address even though Royal Mail does. When I call Now they are unable to help and send me to Sky, who also don't recognise the address. How do I get my address recognised by Now?
