Underground Set up Problems

Today we were expecting our wifi to be set up, the engineer from OpenReach came out but said there was a problem with the connection underground. So he was documenting it and sending it back to OpenReach for them to send out a different engineer who was qualified to sort out the problem underground. 

 

We have not heard from open reach and don't know how to get in contact with them to fix this problem. We have been without wifi for 3 weeks already! Please help!
