Unable to connect after going live

Hi - my new account supposedly went live yesterday although as of yet we have been unable to connect. The Hub Two box has the power and wireless lights showing and a very intermittent orange light flashing between them. I've followed all of the "let's fix this" prompts several times and get nowhere

The account tracking info shows everything is in order yet the technical info says awaiting an engineer (which we weren't aware of)

Probably one of the most user un-friendly sites I have ever come across when looking for contact info to speak to someone, Live Chat seems non-existent, and phone numbers waiting to charge a fortune. 

Any help and advice would be much appreciated.

Where did you find the expensive phone number, and how much was it going to charge?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
