When connected to Now tv broadband I am unable to log in to the Linksys portal, when I move my connection over to 4G I am able to login without any issues. Is this function being blocked for some reason?

What happens if you set your broadband buddy to 18?

Can you describe your set up?
It sounds like this:
Phone socket > Now Router >(Ethernet)> Linksys router> devices connect to linksys router
is that correct?
Are you using your own router? Why do you want to login to the "Linksys portal"? (and what do you mean by the "Linksys portal"?)
