Type of Property

Hi, I'm moving into a flat and need to take out broadband. I'm being asked the question 'Please tell us about the type of property you are moving into?' For this purpose, would a single property be the actual building or the flats inside the building? 

It is asking if the property is shared with others who may have their own phone line or if there is only 1 phone line and a single bill payer.

For your purpose, the property is the flat you are moving into.

If this is a long standing flat, and previous tenants have had broadband there should be no problems.

However if someone has created multiple dwellings from a single house which has only one phone line to it, you will have problems.
