I'm waiting more than two weeks for NOW to deliver me my Hub. This looks like a fricikng joke! I'm paying for bradband which I'm unable to use, cause they cannot deliver my Hub!
I called their "Customer Service" three times already (each time is more than 30min waiting for consultant BTW) and everytime they tellingf me that they will send it again. For God's sake, how long can you wait for this??? Did they manage to lost my parcel 3 times already???
