I was told to have now tv I just needed a tv and Internet. So set up on the 3months for £15 but my tv is not compatible please refund

To use the NOW TV streaming service you need a supported playback device from the list in this link page below.

With regards to account related matters you need to contact NOW live chat by clicking on the green chat online button towards the top of the screen page from this link below.

Now are not responsible for third-party hearsay 😢

But all is not lost; as long as your TV has an HDMI input, an inexpensive Roku Express or Amazon Firestick, under £30, will make your TV able to show Now content via the Now app on the added device.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Apparently, most owners of smart TV's still use streaming devices.

Also, if you don't have a smart TV, getting a streaming stick opens up a host of other free catch up and on demand services.
