Tv frozen

Hi everyone, my tv screen is stuck on sky store and i’ve tried pressing multiple buttons and nothing has worked, the only button I can use are my power button and volume. Does anyone know how i can unfreeze this and get back to my main page? Thank you.

Can you elaborate what device your using?

Is it a Amazon fire stick, NOW branded stick?

Smart TV with the native app?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Hi @Anonymous User 

Sounds to me you are using the NOW voice smart remote.

Did you try temporary unplugging the power to your NOW streaming device? 

Also have you tried fresh batteries and maybe repairing the remote again (see help link page below).

Also has a temporary test try the Roku Remote App which you can download for free from your mobile iOS or Android Apps Store on your smartphone or tablet just to see if you can get past the stuck Sky Store screen.
