Hi, I have reported a fault with our broadband, and when the engineer attendance confirmation came up on screen, I was offered a link to track the repair. Unfortunately, I can't find any way of getting back to that link. Nothing in my email either. Does anyone know where to track already-reported issues? Thanks

I have never reported a fault to the NOW Broadband Team or know of the method of tracking the fault on their system, but my first point of call would be check under My Account > My Broadband & Calls > Orders & Appointments plus Messages whilst logged in on here with your online NOW account.
Should you be going around in circles, then maybe phone the NOW Broadband Team directly using the telephone number from this link page below.
