I've had now wifi for 7 months now, connection drops at least 4 times a week but usually resolves in a few minutes so I haven't bothered to report it. Tonight, it dropped and didn't resolve until I reset the router. I live in a basement flat so I rely on wifi for everything as I have no signal.
I've also checked wifi speed online and it always comes back as slow - not the speed I'm paying for.
Any tips to resolve or do I need to call a Now engineer? Honestly won't be continuing with Now TV once my contract ends!!

Now don’t have customer-facing engineers, it’s all done by Openreach on their behalf, but you still need to call Now to get one to come out.
Call one of these numbers to contact Now Broadband:-
0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0800 759 1213 or 0330 332 3050

If you connect via Ethernet cable this should get round the poor WiFi issues.

Depends what the drops are, depends if the line is serving the promised speed in the first place.
With these drops, is it just the device that loses connection to the router, or do the lights on the router change, indicating a drop on the line from Now?
