The DNS provider is currently unavailable, and due to the terrible NowTV hubs they cannot be set custom there.
If you have an external router then set it there, otherwise on each device you need to set the DNS server manually to one such as 8.8.8.8 (Google) and it'll start working.
Alternatively use a VPN.
This is affecting Sky and BT customers as well, so clearly a larger issue - I will be expecting compensation for such a clear and obvious disruption in service that members are left to try and problem solve whist NowTV are completely unavailable
