So we ordered now broadband on 13/8, and were given a go live date of 29/8. This came and went.
Countless phone calls later I received one text saying I could have an update on 11/9.
On 10/9 order status changed to go live 12/9.
At some point on 12/9 order status changed to go live 21/9.
i accept that sometime there are issues, but is it just me who never receives any communication from NowTV?
Throughout this whole saga I have received ONE text and ONE email and that’s it. Given we’re now a month since our order and won’t go live for nearly a month past when we should have I think this is outrageous.
