TLine Powerline Adapter working intermittently

We use a TLine powerline adapter AV600 to use internet in an outbuilding.

This worked with out issue with our previous internet provider.

Since switching to NowTV Broadband this has only worked intermittently. The adapters pair ok but when its not working its says connected but no internet when trying to connect to the adapters.

Is there anything I can try to make this more reliable. I haven't changed any of the settings on the nowtv hub.

Hi @MarkN

I don't use power line adapters myself with the NOW Hub 2 Router.

I haven't checked the model number for specs, but assuming it's a basic power line adapters with an Ethernet port on them and doesn't use wifi ?

If they are running over wifi then ignore the below suggestion and try splitting the two wifi networks instead on the NOW Hub 2 Router.

How to change from Gigabit Ethernet to Fast Ethernet

Go into the Hub Router web page settings by typing 192.168.0.1 in your internet browser url address bar and click on the Ethernet tab and when prompted use admin & nowtv for the username and password.

Then try changing from Gigabit Ethernet to Fast Ethernet and click on the green Apply button and maybe try then resetting the power line adapters.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes the adapter uses ethernet.

I try your suggestion and see how it works out.
