I've recently switched over to superfibre and was given an estimated speed range of 63-74Mb (minimum guarantee 59.1Mb) but router is syncing at 41Mb.
Also the upload speed is quite far from the upto 19Mb, router syncing at 3.2Mb!
Any ideas what's going on?

When did you get the broadband with NOW?
You will have to leave it be for a week to let the connection settle. If it still the same after the week then call the broadband team.
NOW Broadband customers can get in touch anytime between 8am–11pm.

thank you I'll see if it changes but its been on a few days so far. In the past the speed at the start has been pretty close to what the line has stabilized at.
It just seems a very unusually slow speed considering I had circa 20Mb Down / 1.3Mb Up (sync speed) on ADSL as I'm close to the exchange.

From what I remember when I signed up with NOW a few years ago, no longer have them as I can get FTTP so I am now with BT.
The speed fluctuated a fair bit, but after the first week it became very stable and reliable.
