Hi,
I am currently with Plusnet and live in central Bristol in a high-rise apartment. Plusnet wants to significantly increase their prices so I want to move somewhere else. NOW claims to sort out the switch and that I will not have to cancel with Plusnet & that I will not be without WIFI at any point.
Is this true and what is the process I will have to go through?

Today is my activation day and I have been without internet for over 22hrs now! I am also switching from Plusnet. My wife has had to tether from her phone, as she is working from home at the moment.
