Try this:
Username abcdefgh@nowtv
Password: 1234567890abcdef
But and this is a very big but......
Your device must be compatible with Sky/Now MER/option 61
Not all manufacturers are, and not all models from a manufacturer will be compatable as well.
To add more to this, the Now router isnt just a router, its a modem, router, WiFi access point , and firewall ( as well as possibly something else ive forgot to mention) all rolled into one box.
You can get a router that is just a router, and needs another box to provide it with internet data if you want to get online - typically a modem either an xDSL modem or dial up, or a Fibre Optical network termination (ONT) for use with full fibre , you may also need a wifi access point with it as well to provide wifi
So to cut a long story short, you need a modem/router with wifi that is compatible with VDSL ( also known as fibre/fibre to the cabinet) and will work with MER log in/option 61 as used by Sky and Now

Thanks chili2, thats an useful answer and something to get my teeth into. I wasnt aware of the compatibility (Sky/ NowMer..) before. Ill do a bit of research. TheDraytek is an all singing all dancing Vigor 2865ac , so it should be ok but Ill have a read up on that compatibility first. Thanks again

Edit: Oops, I didn't notice @chilli2 had already given that link. Should read the whole thread before posting.

I opted for the Archer VR600 and the process could not have been easier.
