I've recently "upgraded" my fibre from Fab Fibre to Super Fibre, but I'm experiencing the exact same download speed as I did previously. It's been unstable for a few days, presumably as they're testing the line but at no point has the speed exceeded the 38mbps I was already getting. When I spoke with support they said my guaranteed download speed was 22mbps, however this was likely an error within their system as she could see that the fab fibre was giving me the 38.
Has anyone else had a similar issue in case I'm missing something before I get in touch with them again?
