We have the TV, and SuperFibre package. Was OK at first, getting around 60ish download speeds. ANd good upload. Our useage isn't exceedingly high, some uploads of photos, TV streaming and web and email browsing.!
However, its been very sluggish and download is now closer to Now's basic at around 20-30 mbs/ with an upload of less than 1 mb/s
Apparantly there 'is a fault' that will be dealt with externally, (reported via NowTV's web interface) however my search on the community seems to suggest this is NOT an uncommon problem.
Will wait and see if the phoneline fault is established/confirmed/fixed..
