Sudden Drop In Upload Speed

Up until this Sunday my upload speed was great and i was able to stream to twitch without any problems. Then my Internet dropped for a few hours and since it has come back my upload speed is below 1. The download speed was slow but that seems to have sorted its self out now. Any help?? Has this happend to anyone else and is just a problem that's being sorted on Nows end

Hi @thecion18 

Have you tried a reboot on your NowTV Router and if necessary pressing the reset button on the back of the Router for about 10 seconds to see if that makes any difference ?

Thank you for your help. I have just reset the box and the download speed is as it should be, but the upload is still around 1. I think i will have to phone them tomorrow
