General feedback. I am new to Now TV this month and am currently watching it through the Amazon fire stick (which I believe is a recent addition for Now TV). My main issue is that the subtitles are unwatchable as they are either ahead of the speech, lagging behind the speech or fine for a while and then just disappear entirely. As my mother is hard of hearing, she really relies on subtitles. It would be good for this to be improved with an app update potentially? It is also disappointing that the next show in a box set does not autoplay.
