Streamed through Now app on my iPad to tv but now saying not able to connect and to internet!

Downloaded Now tv app onto my iPad and was able to cast to my tv no problem. Suddenly not able to use app saying ‘Sorry we couldn’t connect you to Now, check you are online and try again!’ No problem with internet connection as able to stream Netflix and cast to my tv no problem. What can I do....?.?

Can I assume your iPad is updated to the latest iOS?

 

Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app?

 

Could try unplugging your router for a free minutes?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Thank you for your advice.
My iPad has latest IOS and I have tried deleting and re installing app, also turning router off and on. Still no change. Will try again.
