Stream quality

Stream quality has averaged 90 since the app was purchased. Absolutely disgusted that I’m paying for this. Completely unwatchable most of the time and I’ve read plenty of other complaints about the same thing.

Not good enough at all. Will not be purchasing any more when my package expires. We may as well buy a sky box for the money you spend, at least your watching HD and not 90.

Please don’t try and tell me it’s the broadband or the internet cable, it’s not.

Can I ask how exactly are you watching Now TV?

 

Currently I watch it through the app on my 4K Samsung TV, the TV is also hard wired to the router reducing the requirement of Wi-fi. Not had any issues really. 

 

 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
