we are on fttc, we were getting 50meg+ on each of the two lines in to the house, today we are getting less than 10 meg between the two, how do I report slow speeds when you technical "checks" only pop up "nowtv is fine" well maybe we could be the judge of that....if we had nowtv (clue....we dont) so how do we report low speeds?

You don't report your poor broadband on the forum. All customers are directed to broadband support. No staff from the broadband team come on here and post on the forum.
