Speeds again insanely rubbish

we are on fttc, we were getting 50meg+ on each of the two lines in to the house, today we are getting less than 10 meg between the two, how do I report slow speeds when you technical "checks" only pop up "nowtv is fine" well maybe we could be the judge of that....if we had nowtv (clue....we dont) so how do we report low speeds?

The absolute certainty that this was mere coincidence is given by the fact that the Broadband team never monitor the Community 😢

Be good if it worked that way, though 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

You don't report your poor broadband on the forum. All customers are directed to broadband support. No staff from the broadband team come on here and post on the forum.
