Sound quality

Awful sound quality on walking dead series 8. Seems to be getting worse! Seen a few posts about this, will a fix be in soon?

The issue with The sound on The Walking Dead has been unresolved for over a week now.  I have received 4 emails from Now saying that this is being looked into - the last said that they promised to be in touch within 24/48 hours (that was 72 hours ago).
