On my Xbox One app for Now TV I keep getting the message “Sorry, there was an error in the player”. The app on my phone works but not my Xbox One. I’ve looked at the technical checks on my Now TV account and it says my service status is all good so why do I have this issue and how do I resolve it? I’ve tried logging out and in, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and also unplugged my Xbox One to restart that yet nothing works. Please can someone help
