Sorry can’t process your order

I have brought a pass but it keeps saying can’t process your order on every film I try to watch

Hi mine is all paid I can use it on my TV upstairs but not down stairs I sighn in on the one downstairs but it say can't posses your order

I am trying to activate a one day pass for sky sports.

It keeps coming up with sorry we cant process your order, try again later.

My account details are correct and up to date
