Which NowTV box, stick, app or other device have you got that you are trying to run on? As it can make a big difference.
The best thing you can do, I would suggest, is pretend you are setting up from scratch - except that you should hopefully find you have one or more passes already running - and follow the NowTV instructions here for whichever device you are using to get NowTV.
Any difficulties, come back and tell us what you are running NowTV on, and where you get stuck, and hopefully get more focussed advice to get you through the sticking point.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
