Good morning
We have our broadband installed yesterday. I say installed the engineer didnt do ought.
We have a master socket by our front door and the plug on the opposite side of the hallway. Massive trip hazzard. We have a socket in our sitting room but the broadband doesnt work.
I phoned this morning and theyve said it was my fault, and we are going to have to pay for this socket to be sorted (sorry dont know the correct term) .
My next door neighbour, was with NOW, and they sorted this for her, and didnt leave till everything was done. 😞

Your problem is certainly a weird one, but all you can really do is get back onto NOW and impress on them they your setup is somewhat harzardous and that they should correct it.
Right now, they are in breach of your contract to supply you with a safe telecom/Internet facility and that they are not doing.Call Now on the following number:
0800 759 1213
Plus, you can either complain to OFCOM, move on to another company
or contact Resolver at the following:
https://www.resolver.co.uk/complaints/telecoms-complaints
they should be able to help you out.
So you see, you have plenty of options.
