Slow upload and download speeds

Hi all, I’ve had now tv internet for nearly 2 months with no issues now my Download speeds have dropped from nearly 11Mbps to 2.73Mbps and upload speeds are now 0.66Mbps the main issue is this is affecting my home Hive so I cannot control my heating if the upload speeds are less than 5Mbps. Is there anything other than the obvious to fix this?

What hive are you using? I cannot connect my new hive nano 2 hub at all to NowTV router. Did you have problems with initial setup.?
