Hi. Just signed up to Fab Fibre & calls and it went live on the 7th December. My telephone line is dead and an engineer is coming out. What I'm concerned about though is the speed of the internet. It was 10.0 on the day it went live and last night while trying to watch the Copa de Libertadores footie the picture kept freezing. Did a speed check and was shocked to see my speed was 5.5 mbps. Is this because the phone isn't up and running yet. Never had Fibre before but I expected better than this. Thanks for any adive.
